The Caddo Mills Independent School District covers a 66 square mile area. One thousand three hundred sixty, 1,360, students attend one of the three campuses located on Highway 36 North. Caddo Mills ISD is a Texas Education Agency recognized school district.

School colors are green and white with black as an accent.   The mascot for the district is the fox. The school district's motto is "Celebrate the past - Create the future."

The mission of Caddo Mills ISD is to prepare all students in academic skills which will serve as a knowledge base upon which lifelong learning may be built so each student may be a productive and responsible citizen.
