Lauryn Taylor Martin Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship Application

The Caddo Mills Booster Club will award two scholarships, for $1000 each.  This scholarship was created in 2005 to honor Lauryn Taylor Martin.

Qualifications                                                                                                             

1.                  Two years enrollment in Caddo Mills High School

2.                  Must be a graduating senior entering the next fall semester in College, Junior College or Trade School.

3.                  Must have a 75 Average minimum grade.

4.                  A parent or legal guardian must be an active/working member of the Caddo Mills Booster Club for a minimum of 2 years.

5.                  Must be a participant of a Caddo Mills Booster Club sponsored activity (IE: any sport, Cheerleader, Band, Drill Team or Flag Team)

6.                  Must complete an application and write an essay answering the question:

“How did your sport influence your academic and career goals?”

7.         Interview required.
