___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Caddo Mills FCCLA Starts District Wide Recycling Program
We are proud to announce that FCCLA has started a recycling program at all three campuses. We need your help advertising the program and encouraging students, faculty, and community members to recycle. We have placed many recycling tubs throughout the campuses in classrooms, computer labs, and anywhere there is a printer or copier. There is also a special trash can in the cafeteria for cans. We will also have the recycling can and tubs out at basketball games and other extra-curricular events. FCCLA members are taking turns emptying the recycling tubs and other organizations at the high school are getting involved by making posters about recycling and helping to empty the containers weekly. Several FCCLA members will be visiting the Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts to inform them of the many benefits of recycling and ask them to participate in the "Caddo Mills Goes Green" project. To get community members involved, FCCLA will host a community-wide drop off day for citizens to bring their recyclable items. Please do your part and join us as we go green! Recycling protects the environment, saves energy, improves the economy, and conserves natural resources.
